Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Lightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- fermented, caramel and honey, Belgian character, slightly funky, apricot, cherry, dark and white grapes, pear. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, lightly bitter, muscatel, grapes, cherries, apricots, aged character. Medium bodied. Nice.

Sample from bottle @ Salón piva in Bratislava (1st. day). F: thin, white, quick gone. C: gold, almost clear. A: malty, fruity, grapes, bit spicy. T: medium malty base, sweet spicy, bit grapes, fruity, dry on the palate, medium body and carbonation, very nice, enjoyed.

Bottle at Salon Piva 04/2019. Malty aroma, belgian yeast, spicy notes, light to medium bitter. Medium body, malty dry bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle at Salon piva. Lots of fruitiness, quite high carbonation. Moderately phenolic. Rather thin body. Lacks complexity though, or finesse, simple and straightforward. Okay, but not great.

Salón piva. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, Belgian yeast, spices. Taste, malt, spices, warming alcohol, candies. Nice.
