T: malty, spicy, caramel, vaguely fruity, toffee, medium body and carbonation, ok drinkable yet nothing special, more kind of amber ale than biere the garde with only 5%.

Lightly hazy Amber, small off white head, minimal lacing.. Aroma is very malty, caramel, wort, pine, ginger. Flavor is sweet very light bitter. Underfermented. Medium body 3,5,4,3,9

33cl bottle share @ Niamey's 3rd craft beer tasting, big cheers to Madalin for logging around 30 Romanians bottles to Africa. Orange, col fin beige. Arôme est finement épicé avce un bonne note de gingembre, rétro caramel pa^le malté avec un petit houblonné noble arrivant juste en rétro-nasal. Palais garde un côté un peu veille levure accompagné avec un léger effet de gingembre qui confère un apport minime d'épice ne fin de bouche. Malté sur effet biscuité, caramel, le tout reste moyen.

TAP at the brewpub. Clear red. Sweet sugary, traces of ginger and lemon. The taste is only moderately sweet, quite heavy on ginger, with a prominent earthy spicy bitterness.
