F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, hay, bready, caramel, grassy. T: malty, bready, bit caramel, grassy, dry on the palate, bit vaguely fruity, nice balanced and easy drinkable with light body and medium carbonation, on list at brewery as Kölsch style (30 IBU, 4,4%), tasting glass from tap @ brewery.

Draught. Hazy gold with a full head. Aroma of light hop citrus. Flavour is bread, citrus, lemon juice, dough in the back, light watery fruit finish.

29/XI/18 - on tap @ BBP brewery (Brussels), BB: n/a - (2018-1740)
Clear blond beer, dense creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of wort, cooked grains, cow fodder, a bit off-putting. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty watery, lots of wort, grains, hay, cow fodder, little grassy, soft bitterness, slightly fruity, some peaches. Aftertaste: very malty, wort, little sweet, wheat acidity, soft bitterness, very unimpressed with this one.

Draft @ BBP. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez assez classique houblonné belge, noble, petite touche terreuse et douce fleurie, malt cara pils. Palais est léger, malt pils, amertume plaisante, petite douceur presque mielleuse et herbacée sur une effervescence haute - pointe épicée sur la fin, sorte d'IPA belge avec un rappel de houblon UK Goldings voire Cascade. Epice revient sur la fin.

26/10/2018 - draught tasting glass @BBP Taproom. Hazy yellow, nice white head. Nose is fresh hops, resin. Taste is fresh hops, resinous, bit bitterness, bit yeast.
