Tap. Rather clear deep ruby color with beige head. Aroma is cherries, caramel, nice leather and tobacco. Taste is cherries, caramel yes, but the funk takes over and it has a very dry earthy finish. Silky mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Great!

(Draught at BrewDog Kugsholmen, Stockholm, 27 July 2018) Dark ruby colour with foamy, beige head. Fruity, sourish nose with red grapes, black-currant, blackberries, caramel and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of caramel, black-currant, blackberries, raspberries, oak wood and a fresh, generous vinegar acidity in the finish. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tart, with lots of wild berries. Good balanced, hides the alcohol level well. Excellent beer.
