Bottle at home. Aroma is wheaty, tart fruits, lemon, gooseberries, lactic acid. Flavour is... woah, massive puckering sour, did not expect this level of sourness. Good! Body is light. Very refreshing and sour, I dig it!

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is salty, some tart wooden tones with mild earth. Flavour is fruity, sharpish tart elements with mild berries and some slight funky tones too.

Bottle. Orange blonde. Gooseberries, Apple, lemon and soft floral notes in the aroma. Apple sour flavor with lemon and gooseberries. Very fruity. Nice.

Aus der Flasche am 2016-07 getrunken. Hui das ja mal eine sauere Weisse. Hier dominiert einer heftige sauere Zitronenattacke. Nicht jedermans Sache doch ich finde es geil.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity (hoppy) aroma has notes of gooseberry and white grapes. Taste is moderately sour, fruity, lactic, hints of fresh sauerkraut, a touch of white grapes and unripe gooseberry. Slightly monotonous and simple.

Hardcore sourness, nice! Fresh, lactic, light and fruityish. Can even detect some of those gooseberries when looking for it. Good stuff!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto, lemons, wheat, and straw. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, gooseberries, and wheat, leading to a sour finish - so sour that it draws out the mouthwater.
