Fairly hazy golden blond with a thick white head. Aroma of herbs, cloves, yeast and wheat. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Keg at Nosferatu - Sofia. Pours mostly clear gold with a thick, lasting white team topping. The nose holds crispy wheat, subtle banana, lemon. Light-medium sweet flavour with rounded wheat bread, a little white sugar, semi-ripe banana, light bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more basic wheat bread, nips of dough, yeast, more mild banana. Easy going weissbier.
