Draught at a beer festival in Bucharest. Medium brown beer, not very dark (didn’t know the style at the time). Very yeasty, tastes rather like a dunkel type beer. Slightly sweet, but not very, not a really heavy flavor, light in body. Close to a dunkel but not as much roasted flavor. Decent amount of hops but not a lot. Very light. O.k.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber/copper with with a white head. Vague caramel malt aroma with a mild note of hops. Flavour has the same with a clear sweetness. Ends the same way with a vague bitterness.

Bottled. Clear, sparkling, amber beer with an off-white head. The nose is weak, with malt, hay and hops. Malty flavor, some caramel-notes. Hops in the finish. Medium body with some fizzyness. I guess packaging is more importent than the beer for the traditional Danish easter-beers, but this is a decent specimen. Not bad, not a classic, just a slightly darker beer than the ordinary lager. (Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful amber golden with an almost absent head. Pretty soft feel with a weak, caramellish character. Very light body with only a hint of hops. A beer that will offend nobody. 300300
