Cask at Breadsall Priory, Derby. Amber with a dense white head; malt and hops aroma; predominantly malty flavour with a good bitter finish. Not exciting, but just what an ordinary bitter should be.

The Trafalgar Tavern, Greenwich. Aroma of malt and floral hop. Deep amber color with a frothy white head. LIghtly sweet malt start, somewhat balanced by hop, but the malt persists into the finish.
