2012 rating- bottle 298 yen from Liquor Mountain, 5% a nice spicy little weizen. I thought it was a solid beer & was impressed by the releases last year.

Lightly hazy gold with minimal white head. Wheat, yeast, light citrus, coriander, and some clove. Flavorful. Spicy yeast, wheat, malts, fruit, cloves, has a nice bitter finish. Fine ale.

Bottle from Liquor Mountain. I guess it is brewed to sell only there. Creamy wheat malt aroma with yeast, esters, rather strong hops. Cloudy golden color with a medium head. Smooth, rich wheat malt flavor, bananas and spices. Creamy and sweet, but good bitter and sour balance. Thick, wintery feeling body. Nice winter wheat ale. Great with sausages.
