Huge thanks Mowbeer for sharing! Murky amber-brown body with no head. Malt-driven aroma, toasty, fruity, citric notes and tart aromas. Quite a similar taste, good maltiness with soft orange notes coming in from the citric ones, light dusty yeastiness, soft and light overall. Very interesting beer, even though it didn't sit fully with me.

22 August 2020. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers to Anke, mom & dad's belated Father's Day! Clear brown, quickly thinning, off-white head. Aroma of unripe red apple, cranberry, herbs, tea leaves, peanut, hard caramel, dried banana. Taste has sour apple, pear & berries, soft bitter herbs & tea on a soft caramelly malty base. Tart finish, sourdough & sour fruit, lingering bitter leaves. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Good but a bit too 'wild' to really highlight the Bock aspect.

750ml bottle. Hazy, redd-ish, brown colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Lactic and slightly chocolately, dark malty aroma, fruity hints of red berries, unripe plum. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally lactic, and minimally sweet, chocolately dark malty, hints of milk chocolate, red berries, unripe plum, a touch of sauerkraut. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, very fine, soft carbonation. Refreshing tartness, subtle sweetness, nice fruitiness - pretty decent.

26/VII/20 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Ghent), BB: n/a (2020-685)
Clear orange to amber beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of brett, smells like actual lambic, slightly fruity, some wood notes, acidic impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good gentle acidity, nice lacto notes, fruity as well, some peaches and apricots, good stuff! Aftertaste: dry, fruity, nice acidity, some vinegar, burns a bit in the throat.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, fruits, and malt, leading to a dry finish. A bit odd, but not bad.

Süffiger, mild säuerlicher Beginn. Dunkles Malz, spritzig, deutliche Holznoten, zunehmend bitter. Würziger, säuerlich herber Mittelteil, Weinnoten, leicht ansteigende Säure. Langer Nachhall, gut! 11/12/11/11/10/11
