42nd Floor Tasting. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Very light palate, semi dry and with modest fine carbonation. Tangy generic fruits. Sweet floral things. Mild herb. Mild spice in the tangy and semi dry finish. Not bad.

Cloudy yellow golden colour, small frothy white head, settles quickly, light lacing. Wheat aroma, lemon, overripe apple, yeast, light brett. Taste medium sweet and bitter, acidic notes, wheat. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, aftertaste a combination of dry bitter and fruity, spicy notes, dusty and grainy in the finish, mwao.

Bottle at the sky high Canary wharf tasting. Hazed dull golden, light yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is tangy wheat, light brett, lemon, pineapple. Flavour is tangy wheat, straw, thin wheaty grains, apple, pineapple, funk. Palate is rustic, highish carbonation, straw. Ok. Ok.

Lightly hazed blonde with a moderate off White covering. Nose is yeast esters, citric peel, orange, straw. Taste comprises pale malt, grassy vibes, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... A pretty basic affair.

Bottle thanks tor Ferozey at the 42nd floor tasting. It pours lightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The nose is soft, fragrant, juicy, straw, funk, white grape and light vanilla? The taste is crisp, bitter, white grape, gooseberry, toasty stuff, straw, grain and light alcohol. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Can’t say there is much to it. So-so.

Bottle shared in London, Level 42. Thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a white cream head. The nose has a little sweat, lemon, wheat. Light-medium sweet with some phenols, dry doughy wheat, white grape gummies, straw. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Kind of odd on the finish, a bit more sweat, tangy citrus, melon, yeast, sugary wheat. So so.
