Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks rayaron. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma of coriander, citrus, sourish notes, wheat. Slightly sweetish and slightly tart flavor, with spiciness, citrus. Quite light-bodied. Decent.

Draft sample @ Van Moll fest 2015, Eindhoven. Dorée, col fin blanc-cassis. Arôme est fruité, finement tropical et fleuri tout gardant peu des éléments de caractère d’une levure au bouquet rustique belge. Palais est houblonné for plaisant avec une alternance entre houblonné noble et plus US. Petite touche belge dans la levure, avec un malt froment et pils.

Tap @ Cafe Meijers. Hazy orange coloured with an off white head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity, light citric and lemonade. Flavour is light malt, yeasty, fruity, lemonade. Light hop bitterness. Good drinkable.

Sampled draft @ Van Moll Fest 2015. Hazy golden, big creamy white head. Nose is sweet sugar & banana, esters, fruity, some wheat. Taste is creamy sweet sugary banana, heavy on the sweetness, esters, candy, floral, sweet wheat. Very creamy, full wheat body. A bit surprised by the very low scores here. This is good (albeit quite sweet) just not as a saison but more like a BE / Wheat beer.

Yellow color, small white head. Sticky, tartish, mead-honey aroma. Light-bodied, quite watery for being 5%. Light acidity, green apple. No bitterness. More like lame white wine than Saison.

Hazy pale golden colour, white head. Quite spicy aroma, herbal,yeast, quite pronounced cloves. LIght bitter flavour, yeast. Finish strong cloves.

Bottle from Douberd. Many thanks! Hazy white colour, white foam. Light tart notes of citrus and lemon. Bit watery. Medium carbonation. Some sweetness. Ok.

Bottle. Clear light golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Lemon, banana, coriander, bit soapy, dough, flowery, grapes, white pepper. Quite yeasty with soft doughy grains basically. Light mineral finish. Taste is light sweet with light tartness. Light to medium bodied with light fizzy carbonation. It’s not the best Oersoep beer, but I think it’s quite enjoyable.
