Keller Pilsner. Combining our brewery’s super soft water and the finest German hops, this unfiltered keller pilsner is crushable. Brewed as a traditional European continental pilsner, this is what beer tastes like pouring from the wooden vats used to make lager beer for centuries in the Czech Republic town of Plzeň.

Tap @ Mikkeller Tokyo. Probably the most I have paid for a pilsner. Pours nice golden, just a hint of haze there. Nose is malty, light noble hops, bit grassy, and appetizing. Tastes lightly bitter, mouthfeel has some viscosity, so rather creamy, stil has some brisk biscuit character, crackers with low-medium hop bitterness. Pretty awesome as far as the style goes, I do like this one.

Can one of a sixer will be enjoying these plenty over next few days. Bright gold brew with electric white foamy head. Nose is herbal, floral, citrus. Tastes of lemon, grass, floral, crackers, pepper and lightbueast. Slightly hoppy. Zippya and crisp. Very pleasant and easy drinking.

12oz can. Hazy yellow-tan body. Creamy, steady, white head. Pretty excellent beer. Has that great mineral, yeasty tone. Pleasant grassy noble hop tone. Medium bodied, refreshing. True to style but with a little amped up American hop sensibility. Well made, impressive offering. World Class.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is a decent wet dough pils malt with a bit of spicy hops. Flavor is some lemon bitter hops and a decent chewy malt. Decent little beer and a different style of pilsner.

Canned April 23rd 2018.
It pours a hazy lemon yellow with a finger of foam, has lacing but it's not very sticky.
Spicy hop aroma with some lemon citrus and some cracker malt. Smells pretty earthy as well.
Cracker malt and lemon citrus up front; both provide a very crisp flavour. That crispness lasts through each and every sip. Though this is 5%abv, drinking back to back would be a pleasure rather than a chore.
Medium describes the body and carbonation.
Excellent brew!
