Our Euro hop-accented unfiltered German-style pils. This batch has a particularly expressive and vivacious hop character. Hallertau Mittelfruh citric character abound accompanied by Hallertau Saaz, with a bitter yet balanced impression on the palate. Notes of Kaffir lime leaf and Earl Grey tea.

Can. Lemony, herbal nose, crisp malt. Pale gold with a low head. Almost clear. Lovely hop flavor, lemony, spicy, herbal. Very much Noble yet very lemony. Prickly, peppery finish with medium bitterness. Lovely stuff, though not as impressive as Palatine, and just a touch behind Mary, which we drank it beside. Slightly lacking the malt character of the other two.

Sampled from the tap at Mixed Culture. Pours a clear yellow white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a combination of straw and grass notes with a slight bitter note underlying. Flavor has a nice grass, straw and hay combination with a hint sweetness.

Taste comprises citric tinged straw, dusty hops, melon, cereals, pale malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with some background hop presence. Decent hoppy pils.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Padraig for the can. Light haze on this paleish yellow gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth softish palate, modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet malts, trace of grain. Modest floral citrus on the back end concluding with mild spice. Fine, clean if a little soft.
