Our Euro hop-accented unfiltered German-style pils. This batch has a particularly expressive and vivacious hop character. Hallertau Mittelfruh citric character abound accompanied by Hallertau Saaz, with a bitter yet balanced impression on the palate. Notes of Kaffir lime leaf and Earl Grey tea.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some nice dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some great floral dry hoppy notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great lager with a nice floral hoppy finale and faint residual sugar notes. Best pils I’ve had the chance to taste in a long time.

From tap at Threes, New York. Grainy malt aroma with grassy hops, hay, straw, some citrus. Light to moderats sweet, moderate bitter. Body is medium. One of the best Pilseners I've ever had, if not the best. Pilsener perfection.

Draft at Snallygaster 2024. Poured very slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was grainy malt, some light herbal hops. Mild grass. Touch bitterness, but very fresh and clean, Saaz. Easy to drink.

16 ounce can from DeCicco’s in Bedford, NY. Bright yellow gold pour. Pillowy white head. Fresh grainy malt aroma has earthy notes. Flavor is soft and smooth. Sweet biscuity malt notes are accented by a punchy citrus and herbal hop profile. Outstanding balance and character. Distinctive bitterness on backend. Nicely done.

Canned, huge thanks SinH4 for bringing it from NYC! Lost rating, yet again - had it with him, Jonas and Ursula on June 11th 2023, saved it to a .txt for whatever reason and then never uploaded it until I found the file with the rating while clearing out my laptop's desktop. Hah! Pretty clear slightly greenish golden body, not much head somehow, nice anyway. Huge aroma, ginormous Mittelfrüh flower and citrus notes, light grainy malty touch. Fresh, lean taste, further demonstrating the flowery-citric loveliness the hop provides, lightly minerally, light well integrated hoppy bitterness, pretty much completely clean, with good carbonation. This is fantastic, would drink it all day!
