Our Euro hop-accented unfiltered German-style pils. This batch has a particularly expressive and vivacious hop character. Hallertau Mittelfruh citric character abound accompanied by Hallertau Saaz, with a bitter yet balanced impression on the palate. Notes of Kaffir lime leaf and Earl Grey tea.

Thanks Dr. Moll for sharing the growler! Poured into a snifter showing well filtered neon yellow with a finger of clean white foam. The nose is lightly floral and malty. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Clean throughout ending on a somewhat abrupt strong hoppy bitterness.

Growler shared in Newport in Sancy’s wedding day. Sourced from the brewery. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Crispy cereal in the nose, some lemon peel, biscuit. Light to medium sweet flavour with further dry, crispy biscuits and cereal, light bitter hay, straw, white bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish with more straightforward biscuit character, light bitterness. Super clean and drinkable.

The Well, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus, grass and bread. Basically, this is a well made, super clean, very easy drinking pils with enough complexity to make it stand out.
