RBESG Zagreb, 2023 Grand Tasting. Thanks! Golden colour, gluey viscous texture. Sour apple aroma, dried apple, dried fruit, chamomile. Very sweet, apple and lemon flavour. Strong, sticky, sweet, not too heavy.

Poured from 200mL bottle (2019 vintage). Clear gold with no head. Slightly syrupy, apple, feint apple acidity. Decent. Possible mild oxidation (1.5 months re-corked in fridge).

200ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) @ 🏡 (virtually shared with Pictoman, lol) Appearance: clear golden with no head. Aroma: round and sweet apple pie. Taste: along the same lines, extremely intense flavour, nicely balanced high sweet and moderate acidity, lits of caramelized sour apples. Overall: very nice!

2016 vintage, huge thanks Gene! Clear golden body. Caramelly, buttery notes in the otherwise appley aroma. Sweet apple notes in the taste, spicy, herbal touches, light caramel and bitterness. Oh wow, this is very tasty, as expected!

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Very sweet, balanced by pleasant warmth and light apple bitterness and tartness. Nice dessert apple character, tasty, flavourful. Very good, I would love to have more.

Bottle shared by Biiru Saikou. Deep. rich, lovely apple nose, some caramel, acid, honey. Wow. Flavor is huge, sour apple, sweet apple pie, the essence of apple with honey and perfect tartness to balance. What a treat.
