Light amber color. Powerful aroma, ripe apples, saffron, sultana. Very sweet, almost syrupy; it has a deep ripe apple juice flavor, with caramel and caramelized pineapple.

Bottle - Cooked Apple and touch of spice. Clear gold. Cooked Apple, Yellow spice and a nice rich but light Apple finish. Really nice easy finish with no tannins.

Dark gold. Not much in the way of legs. Light brown sugar, and lots of sticky apple sauce. Lively body, definitely some rich brown sugars but there's some nice alcohol to lend balance as well. Delicious.

200mL bottle, pours a clear caramel golden. Aroma is beautiful, with caramel apple, light brown sugar and toffee. Flavour follows accordingly, with heaps of caramel apple, with a touch of brown sugar and toffee. Very low acidity, medium sweetness. Lovely.

A nice golden ice cider with aroma of tart cooked apples, light acidity, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice silky sweet apple jam, light acidity, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Mondial des Cidres 2017.
