Can from a trade with JDizzle1, many thanks! Murky yellow color with small white head. Aroma is sweaty, oniony, exotic fruits, just a touch of flowery honey. Taste is juicy hops with tropical fruit flavours, some sweatsocks again, and a slightly warming finish, again some honey. Silky mouthfeel. A very nice New England hop juice, a bit too sweaty in the aroma

Can. Catty, leafy, onion hops. Milky yellow, white lace. Medium body, light leafy, water chestnuts, lychee. Muddled tropical. A bit too many animals for me.

Cloudy golden/yellow with little white head. Aroma is tanins, sweat, exotic fruits, grapes. Taste is everything, sour fruitiness, bitter resin, some flowery sweetness. Long finish of the same stuff. Carbonation goes well with the rest. Not bad!

16 oz. can from the Boston location. My first from the Cutting Tiles Series, canned on 8/16/16, it may have dropped off a little but still really great. Aroma is Pilsner malt, mild petroleum (which I normally get from Galaxy hops) mild fruit, and weak traces of pine.

The flavor is exactly as the aroma indicates. It also displays a good amount of honey sweetness to balance the Galaxy. Even after the sweetness fades off the palate, the alcohol is slightly noticeable. This is still really nice but maybe not as wonderful as other IPA’s from Trillium.

Moderately-to-heavily hazy, drab bronze/brass body shows the wheat flour and plentiful hop particulate in suspension and is topped by a white head that is small-to-medium-sized and rather short-lived, as with all of their honey beers.
Pure, wonderful, unadulterated Galaxy hops in the nose scream spicy, dank, green notes with pineapple, lime zest and light ash. Tons of tropical fruit lingering, with low resin/acidity and just a hint of pine. Malts are very sparse, exceedingly so, but that is certainly fine and helps highlight this wonderful hop. No alcohol or flaw.
Flavor-wise, it’s pretty on par with Artaic/Mosaic Cutting Tiles for me. That is to say, wonderfully-hopped, as you can always count on from Trillium, but very lackluster with the honey. I really don’t care for how they do honey beers here (and at most breweries, to be fair). The texture suffers and it gets thin, sticky, rather loose and watery; nothing like what Trillium pale ales usually are. Still, it’s saved somewhat by how awesome the hops are done, but I’d rather have a Congress Street 100% of the time, over this.

Reading my prior review, it feels pretty similar. Still not in love with the texture/body and there's some sharpness to it, heavy ester/alcohol. The Galaxy is great, of course. Not going to change it for now, though perhaps it deserves a few more points. Weird how much better the Vic Secret version is than any of the others.

Pours pale pear into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Yeast, honey and tropical fruit aromas. Soft with sweet honey, yeast and mango upfront turning to dry mildly bitter peel and pith in the lasting finish. Highly drinkable given abv.
