This dry cider showcases the beauty and complexity of heirloom apples grown on Michigan's Cider Coast. Ripe apple aromas make way for crisp, tart flavors with a hint of yeasty goodness.

On tap. Clear straw-colored pour. White grape and green apple aroma, tart. Flavor is a tart juicy green and red apple, white grape, and a very slight oak finish. Not bad.

Sampled on draft this cider poured a hazy yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet and yeasty with an apple juice note. The flavor was sour and tart with chalk and band aid. Very long finish. Light body. Not good.

12oz bottle from City Swiggers. Clear, pale straw-colored, sizzling cider. Bottled on Jun 29 2016. Smell is dominated by clovey/plastic/Play Doh-like esters. Something corky. Turning somewhat floral as it opens up. Taste is sharp, tannic, dry & lingering. Winey finish. Very classic flavors. Yeasty banana esters come through at the end. Not fond of that. Just okay. Not something I’d really want to revisit.

On tap at Haymeker NYC pours a totally clear gold with no head. Nose has... You guessed it, green apples. Flavor is apple juice and tart green apple. Merciful dry finish.
