A beautiful, Vermont-style unfiltered peach and orange body topped by a frothy, laced white head. The nose is a harbinger of things to come - juicy tropical fruit, sweet malt and splashes of lemon and orange. Easily the top rating I have given to a 6% ipa. The taste profile explodes with a well balanced range of non-astringent hop driven fruit tastes. Peach, pineapple, grapefruit, melon, orange and lemon elements are beautifully blended and underpinned by sweet, chewy malt. Solid density and a slightly slick mouth feel add to the taste experience. This one comes out of the blue for Boreale. Felicitations!

Day 5 at La Verendrye. Drunk far too tepid as the water was too mild for a proper chilling. Hazy zellow-orange. Grapefruit aroma. Orange zest. Taste is bitter. Citric. Lingering bitter finish. Medium. Refreshing. Good.

Can. Hazy orange pour with a creamy, off white head. Aroma is a blast of tropical fruit. Mango puree, pineapple, and lots of stone fruit. Perfect mouth feel and carb. Finish is fruity, and grassy. Low bitterness, light citrus, some zest and more light pith. Some more mango and peach, wow, this was a surprise, wicked stuff.

On tap at Vieux Dublin Pub, Montreal. Murky medium orange with a small lingering white cap that leaves tight lace. Nose is bright citrus and tropical fruit with highlights of orange peel, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit. Light melon sweetness with a medium+ grapefruit and pineapple bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonation and a juicy finish. 9/4/9/4-/18-

Pours murky mango into an English pint. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Mango and pineapple aromas. Soft with caramel, mango and papaya upfront turning to dry earthy sourdough, pith and peel in the lasting finish.

16oz can pours a murky orange with some cloudy, white head. Nose has muddled tropical fruits, oats, vanilla, some coconut. Flavor is sweet, chewy malt, coconut cream, pineapple upside down cake. Finishes full bodied.

From a can courtesy of solidfunk. Pours a cloudy gold with a quickly receding white head. Aromas of dank hay. Flavors are soft but bitter citrus. Nicely put together IPA.

Can from the Packie Pours a lightly hazy light gold in color with a frothy off white head that persists. Pine resin and light pithy citrus with a solid bready toasty maltiness. Nice

Canned 10/16/20, consumed 2/16/21. Cloudy medium orange body, thick, puffy, cream head with nice lacing. Nose initially with a burst of pineapple, then papaya and bready notes. Soft, creamy but sharply carbonated body, with sugary tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya), melon, citrus peel, floral notes, and a moderate resinous-bitter finish. Just the vaguest hint of oxidation after the finish- this has held up very nicely despite being canned four months ago. Probably the best New England IPA I have sampled in this relatively low ABV range, making it a stellar choice as a session beer.
