A focused and lush expression of our house pils. Creamy texture with pronounced notes of earl grey tea and a nice clean snappiness.

Threes, Brooklyn tap: pours straight golden with white head. Aroma is bread, grass, wheat, dough etc... super clean and crisp pils. Not much to say other than it does the trick.

Cheers to KL for hooking me up with my first taste of Suarez. Super light cloudy straw gold with a bang on crisp Pilsner. Peppery herbal flavor that is crisp and killer, splendid. I'd say this is an exemplary pils showcasing deft freshness and this is like 3 weeks past its official best by date to boot.

Pours bright gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Crisp hay and dough aromas. Crisp with sourdough and hay upfront turning to dry earth in the abrupt finish.

Can from the brewery. Awesome nose: crisp, herbal, grassy hops, crackers, light bread and lemon. Nothing in the way. Bright, crystal clear pale to medium gold, effervescent, with a tall, pillowy head. Soft, crisp and bready. Awesome noble hops, very grassy and herbal with just a bit of lemon. The malt is perfect: bready, clean, light, very expressive but never in the way. You almost forget about it. The finish is prickly and peppery and spicy with light to medium bitterness. Body is light to medium, with persistent but soft carbonation. As it warms, it just gets better. This is the best American lager I have ever had, and probably the best German-style pils made out of Germany, reminding me of Keesman and Ganstaller. Crisp and light, and absolutely satisfying. Awesome.

Can into well filtered neon yellow with sparse white foam. The nose is intensely clean and refreshing. Hard to describe - similar to fresh rain or a running river creek. Simply refreshing with a wonderful aroma of nature. The palate is perfectly carbonated and light bodied. Flavors of the same with a lovely pilsner bitterness and very light corn malts on the finish. Intensely refreshing, clean, and crisp, I simply cannot praise this pilsner enough.
