Bottiglia ABV 6.0% e ricetta senza mango ma con aggiunta di guava e litchi. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'insistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato, con una punta acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è quello che per il vino si definisce "amabile". Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di miele, luppolo, resina e frutta esotica.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent gold, slightly opaque, with very fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, slightly tropical and hoppy. Still, fairly delicate. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced between medium sweetness and moderate herbaceous bitterness, more prominent in the final.

lattina 44 cl, (versione 2019 con litchi) schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso subito litchi poi agrumi e leggero pepe, in bocca frutta tropicale spezie agrumi e una nota floreale, corpo leggero, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, acidula, carbonazione forte, secca asciutta con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. 0.33 bottle at home, many thanks daniele. Hazy golden pour with a medium irregular white foam, quite adhesive. Nose: predominantly peppermint-like aroma, intensively there. Anice too, spices. Mouth: medium carbonation, easy tasty saison, peppery, very fruity, bitterness is medium to high and pretty sharp.

Bottle, shared at my 10K rating celebration. Dry saison nose, mango, peaches, leafy hops, peppery spice. Mango flavor, super dry, minerals. Not much sweetness, with mild fruit and a super bitter, rather rough finish. Refreshing but a bit too bitter.

Bottle shared by KyotoLefty. Cloudy gold with a filmy head. A saison with mango that I honestly thought was a kettle sour due to the tangy fruity aroma. The taste was similarly tangy but all in all a decent tipple.
