From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is grainy malt, hay, and mild grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and highly drinkable. Just an excellent Keller from this French brewery.

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Thiriez Lager des Houblons ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, grain, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160924] 6-3-7-3-13

Borefts VIII. Day 1. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry with good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly grainy malts. Light floral mid. Mild citrus. Light dry finish. Falls short.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is lager yeast, light malt, some fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp malt hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Clear golden. Aroma of vegetal lager yeast, graininess. Mildly sweetish grainy flavor with malt, lager yeast, and a bitterish noble hops finish.
