12 oz. bottle purchased at Davidsons Wine & Spirits in Highland Ranch, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a clear straw yellow color with a large white head and very good retention. Good lacing. Very faint pilsner aroma. Pretty standard flavor profile: Lightly crisp mouthfeel, not too sharp. Pilsner malt flavor with a bright yet soft hops finish. Not too bitter. Clean and smooth. Good example of the style.

Bottle. Golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, raw grain, herbs. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery, sticky body, lively carbonation. Taste of husky grain, grass, light floral notes. So-so.

Very nice pils in the German tradition. Aroma is multi mineral a bit earthy grassy fresh. Flavor is bittersweet refreshing balanced. Great body and finish very drinkable. Satisfying.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Crispy pale grains and cereal in the nose, grass and straw. Light sweet flavour with spot-on grassy bitterness, crisp cereal and pale bread, nips of lemon rind, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more crispy pale bread, biscuits, grass and straw. Excellent pils.

Tap at the brewery. Clear, bright, pale gold. Crisp, bright hop nose, crackery malt. Lemony hop flavor, crisp malts, crackers, with a nicely bitter finish. Good one.

12oz bottle. A really solid Pils, World Class. On the lighter side of medium bodied, very clean and drinkable. Quality malt, great lager notes, pleasant noble hop balance. Really nails it, excellent.

Slightly hazy golden, with herbal, earthy hop in both the flavour and aroma. Light pale malt body and moderate bitterness. Decent pils.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of biscuit and bread with a bit of grass and some sweet grains. Flavor is bread and grain forward with a bit of biscuit in the finish as well as a hint of grass.
