P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit yeasty. Well made and as good as any German made hefe. The can I had said Hefweizen but I'm sure it's this beer. 12 oz. can from Safeway. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is cloves, banana, white peppercorns, grass clippings, and wheat bread. Sweet and yeasty, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a chewy, zesty mouthfeel. This is a solid, simple hefeweizen.

12 oz can purchased as a single at the Lukas Liquor Superstore in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is slight hazed yellow golden with a fluffy three inch white head. The aroma is soft clove, wheat grain, faint lemon citrus. The taste is clean wheat grain, bright faint lemon citrus, then finishes with hay and the clove. Nicely integrated flavors. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel, pleasant lingering wheat and clove. Nicely constructed Hefe.

The Aromas are traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen banana wheat malt a hint tart. Flavors are exactly like nose. Average body carbonation and Finish. Nothing special here.
