Bottle. Pours cloudy reddish-orange colour. Small white head. Stays. Aroma: lactic sourness, raspberries, tart yeast with a wild touch. Light-bodied. Dry taste. lactic, fruity. Raspberries. Apple acid. Medium sour. Fairly tart ending. Low to light bitterness. Well-made one. Very nice.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Light unclear dark orange color with off white head. Fruity and herbal aroma, light funky, tart raspberry fruity, tomato juice notes! Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium almost oily body with soft carbonation.

Fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal (sesongåpning aug-17): lys rødgylden med ok skum. Bringebær, rips, rabarbra hele veien. Hint av vanilje? Mld bitterhet. Meget frisk og bærsyrlig. En elegant, svært lettdrikkelig aperitiføl om sommeren.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 21.08.17. Pale red-pink-orange colour. White head. Acid aroma and taste of raspeberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. Dry and refreshing.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Pink colour, minimal head. Aroma and flavour of lemons, sour / unripe raspberries and lactic acid. A fruity explosion, very refreshing.

Bottle. Color: Bit hazy red to pink, almost no (white) head. Taste: Mix of medium sweet and pretty tart sour notes, raspberry mouthfeel, long lasting dry sour finish. Acidic. Very fresh.

[ As Alvinne / Laugar Ich bin ein Berliner Framboos ].Unclear light to medium orange - pink - peach colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate rapsberry, tart raspberry, sour raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, raspberry, sour, dry. Tap at Mother Kellys, 15th June 17. Pours hazy pink. Aroma is fresh raspberries, yeast. Taste is tart raspberry, fruit, refreshing, clean, sour number.
