Bottle from Beer Ma. Aroma of smoked cheese, wheat and touch of banana. Taste is good. Lots of wheat, sweet ice cream like creaminess. Nice stuff. Would like to try it on tap some time.

Very cloudy, thick head. Has a hoppy aroma, with wheaty and a firm malty backbone, full body.

Tap at Osaka Castle. Cloudy, bright yellow with a thick, fine head. Nose of clove, wheat, grain, esters, fruity citrus hops. Great orange and peach hop flavor, full but not heavy. Smooth and full, with a prickly, peppery finish. Great.

As Fujizakura Draft at Craft Beer Holiday. It pours a mellow gold with a dense eggshell white head of foam. The nose is great eggy rich clove yeast esters with a bready malt base. It’s got a raspy carbonation on a light seeming body for a 6.6% beer which makes it dangerously drinkable. The taste is sweet bready cloves, like a rich pastry with nice residual sweetness. Yum.

very cloudy golden white color. Thick white head. Big banana yeasty nose with big hoppiness. Smooth mouth fairly hoppy with decent bitter finish. Lovely.
