En fût au BDT. Couleur noire opaque, absence de mousse. Arôme épicée (piquant), cannelle. Goût cannelle, vanille?, cacao, café, malt torréfié, piquant fin de bouche, beaucoup trop de choses qui se passent en même temps. Carbonation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

On tap at Brouhaha, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma of light roasted malt, licorice, some mint and weird spices. Flavour of sour berries, light toasted malt, but the sourness and chili pepper-like spicienss is most dominant. Medium-bodied and unique, but not overly enjoyable to me.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, a superb aroma of cocoa, coffee grinds, spices, cinnamon and light black pepper. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate with mint notes, herbs, and nice burning chili, alcohol warmth, coconut, rich and smooth. On tap at BdT, May 16, 2012.

Draft: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a nice dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of dry roasted malt with some light spicy notes. Taste is a good mix dominated by dry roasted malt with light coffee notes with some light cayenne notes which are well balanced. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Well done with just the right amount of heat.
