500 ml bottle (label with blue winter motive), one of just a few remaining at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Brown colour, huge off-white head. Aroma of medium roast malts, burnt breadcrumbs, caramel and pine logs. Dry flavour with mediium roast malts, but just enough fruitiness to make the beer quite drinkable. Hints of caramel and brown bread. Moderate hops.

Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, nutty, earthy, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, nutty, earthy, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy brown with a medium light tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, overripe dark fruit and light biscuit. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.
