Pale Ale containing four specially selected varieties of hops, named Hallertauer Tradition, Saphir, Chinook and Simcoe. Lightly hopped it has the character of a typical Pale Ale. The three American varieties of hops provide a wonderful aromatic taste of grapefruit, maracuja and citrus flavour that turn it into a very modern easy-to-drink Pale Ale. Brewed in accordance with the German purity law.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty weak hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy finish with hints of caramel.

Tap at Beer Fes Osaka 2015. Orange, clear, with lace. Peaches, esters, yeasty nose. A bit cardboardy, ok fruit flavors. Ok.

On tap at GJBF Osaka 2014. A semi/cloudy copper gold with a thin filmy head. A fruity malty aroma with a medium body, fairly smooth. The taste is quite balanced between hoppy pine notes and yeasty fruit notes. Not bad.

Appearance: Golden colour with an off-white head.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 3 Oct 2013) Hazy brownish amber colour with brief head. Malty, fruity nose with caramel, toast, dried fruit and hay. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, toast, wort and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. A bit dull but fairly drinkable. Decent.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Hazy amber in colour. Nuts, dried fruit and toffee in the aroma. Malty taste with caramel, nuts and sultanas.

Draught@SBWF2012. Murky amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is grains, yeast, earth and some rubber. Flavour is sweet malts, fruits, caramel and nutmeg. Sweet grainy notes in finish.
