Golden hazy with a white head. Loads of fresh citrus throughout this beer in the aroma, taste and finish. Medium bodied. Ultra refreshing. This is superb.

Tap at the first Keyaki. Pale golden colour, aroma is very fruity, mango and pineapple. Big yuzu. Taste is the same, sweet fruitiness, great stuff. Little bit of bitterness. Very nice.

Y Market Yellow Sky Pale Ale 6% Matte gold with a foamy head that leaves quite a bit of Belgian lacing behind. The aroma is zesty citrus featuring grapefruit. The taste is the same with grapefruit rind and spritzy citrusy hop notes being dominant. A really solid beer.

Pours clear golden, white foam. Aroma has some balanced at bread that is basically overshadowed by beautiful yuzu peel aroma. Yuzu at its best is coming out especially in the flavour, really nicely brought out, clean and brisk. Beer has enough body to balance that yuzu but well, definitely one of the best yuzu applications I have ever tried. Drinks well, not too sweet, dry bitter yuzu peel finish. Just beautiful.

Hazy blonde. Medium head. Floral yuzu zest nose, assertive nice brew. Floral, sweet, has a slightly bitter note, really drinkable, delicious.

Draft at Keyaki Spring 2015. Hazy yellow with a small off-white head. Insane tropical fruit bouquet on this. Bursting with yuzu and grapefruit notes. Just an amazing nose. Taste is more of the same, juicy and delicious. Body is a little thin as others said (probably from the citrus), but a great summer beer. Light body and refreshing finish. Y. Market has got to be top 3 in Japan right now. They don’t make bad beers at all. --- Beer merged from original tick of Yellow Sky Pale Ale on 25 May 2015 at 08:56 - Score: 7

Hazy light golden color. Lots of mango and passionfruit in the nose very defined character. The mouth is basically flawless with some slightly sour notes, very light, watery body with very modest bitterness, thought the tropical fruit notes exudes through out. Mangos and pineapples linger at the end. Not necessarily the perfect pale ale but and the body isn’t as good as the purple sky but this is fucking fantastic. Y Market kicks ass.

Tap at the brewpub. Great nose of yuzu, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Pastel yellow color. Cloudy. Big yuzu flavor with tropical fruits. This is good, but lately I just can’t take yuzu in beers. The purple sky without the fruit is better.
