From tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2016. Aroma is tart red fruits, sour cherries, lots of wood, red wine. Flavour is moderate sour. Body is light to medium. Very good barrel notes to this one, lots of wood. Nice one.

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Oedipus Gandalf The Pink B.A. ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, tart, barnyard, leather, funky, sour, wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, oak, berry - fruit, tart, funky - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 8-3-8-3-15

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, no head. Palate is light and dry, very mild carbonation. Fair bit of wet and dry wood. Modestly tary generic fruits. Woody finish. Curious!

Tap@Borefts 2016, Bodegraven - orange pink coloured pour with almost no head. Aroma and taste is cherry fruity and wheaty, light malt, yeast, some red wine infused wooden notes, tart fruity finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is fruity, citric smooth fruity. Dry, wooden and citric fruity. Mellow fruity. Smooth fruity and medium dry finish.

On tap at Borefts ’16. Hazy pinkish golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of tart cherries, red wine, acetic, wood. Flavour is quite sour, very sour actually, red wine, wood, wheat. Light bodied. Too much for me.

At Borefts 2016. Aroma of cherries, tart and oak. Taste has cherry, vinous oak, ripe fruit and some tart. Very nice.
