Honey-colored with the full power of our yeast. Wonderfully refreshing with a soft yeast aroma and full fruity flavor. Our masterpiece, brewed with passion and over 400 years of brewing experience – Hofbräuhaus Traunstein was founded in 1612 as a wheat beer brewery.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head, leaving lace-work. Sweet and yeasty wheat-malty aroma with moderate banana-fruity notes, accompanied by cloves and vanilla. Medium-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, medium to light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Good wheat-character with citrus, banana; slightly fruity and clovy finish. Classical and decent Bavarian Weissbier (30.06.08).

An unclear orange beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty, wheaty, and with notes of banana. The flavor is sweet with a dry wheaty note combined with a note of banana. An OK Hefeweizen, but nothing special.

Clove aroma. Yellow, nice head. A tad watery. Banana and clove tastenotes - pretty standard, but ok weisse.
