650 ml bottle, clear amber pour, minimal white head.
Great funky aroma, the barrel is right up front bringing some nice woody vanilla notes. The fruit is subtle, but adds a nice sugary, fruity sweetness. The funk is solid and fresh, wet hay, and green fresh cut grass. As it warms the vanilla really starts to dominate and take away from the funk. Still extremely impressive!

Bottle shared by Ryan, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy grains with some funky fruits and a decent amount of sweetness. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grains with a light earthy tart fruit and a decent amount of funk.

Draft - Soured stone fruit and some white grape. Cloudy gold with a decent head. Soured peach notes, touch of chalk and orange rind. OK.

500mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out massive plums upfront, with medium brett and some candied fruit underneath. Flavour is quite complex, with lots of vinous oak notes upfront, followed by peaches, and medium brett funk. Pretty fruity, vinous and oaky. Fairly alcoholic, but not too boozy. Excellent.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful fruity malt with smooth Brett, cork character, ground cherries, lactic acid, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, coriander, smooth Brett, cork, grassy hops, citrus pulp, excellent. On tap at brewery.

Deep amber golden color. Amazing lactic nose with oak, vanilla, creamy, moderately sour. Some marmalade pops its nose out. Amazing nose. Wow. Hoppier mouth than expected, not so intense, oak, creamy, tons of malt, soo well balanced. Has to be Chardonnay barrels. Oak shines. Drinks amazingly light for 10%. Superb.

Bottle. Vanilla and cream, fruity, caramel, sweetened condensed milk in the nose. Apple, oak, wine. More plums in the mouth, oak, vanilla, light sourness, more tart than sour. Great fruit, great lactic flavor, yogurt, white wine with oak. Very nice and elegant.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of vinous notes with light tart notes and some funk notes. Taste is also dominated by more funk then expected with some tart and vinous notes. Plums are quite hard to distinguish and somehow get lost in the mix. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Good sour with nice level of complexity while retaining some drinkability.
