Some people we know- they write about beers, and they have called those of us at Evil Twin Brewing "nomads". Other people we know - they built a hotel and a restaurant, and their neighborhood didn't really have a name, so they called that "NoMad". And how interesting that both nomads and those in NoMad enjoy a Brett-fermented Wit beer with notes of coriander and orange peel. So, no matter what - hit the road or hunker down....this beer was made nice, just for you.

On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy yellow colour, frothy white head. Aroma of a typical Belgian wit, spicy, lemon, some sweet fruits, grassy hops. Flavour is much the same, classic wit flavours mixed with grassy hops, bitter finish. Light-bodied. Good.

On tap @ Tørst, New York. Pours hazy orange with a big creamy head. Aroma is yeast with a sweet fruitiness, peach and whiffs of brett funkiness. Full body with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with Belgian yeast and brett, giving nice fruity and tart grapefruit notes.

Coriander and hops aromas define this one. Blonde pour with decent head and lacing. A little perfume and sweet malt. Sweet finish. Average carbonation. Tap at Novare Res.

Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen for sending! Pours a cloudy yellow orange appearance with a somewhat thin off white head. Somewhat spicy yeasty, a touch woody, light grapefruit citrusy, cake aroma. A bit juicy, lightly oxidized, slight paper, chewy wheat, slightly grainy, spicy, fruity flavor. Ok, but maybe not super fresh.

Tap at Fermentoren. Very cloudy orange color with a fine head. Nose of citrus and cream, lemon, wheat. Sweet orange and lemon flavor, grass, a bit funky, and a big hoppy finish. Bitter after sweet and creamy. A great wit, though barely one.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours a hazy pale with a white head. Aroma is zesty citrus, wheat, and spice. Taste is similarly crisp and zesty. Not too sweet like many Belgian wits are. Nice spicy tingle to this one. Body was just right. Evil Twin did right on this.

Draft.. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of perfume, wheat, and dust. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, dust, perfume, and spices, leading to a dry finiish.
