500ml bottle thanks to Doug. Pours clear light golden with a medium sized fluffy white head, good lacing. Pils malts, doughy, grains, spicy hops. Clean and crisp. I've heard good things about this beer, it didn't disappoint.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with a small, creamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of grainy malt, apple and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, apple, lemon and grass in a dry, mild bitter, hoppy finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Flavourful, refreshing and easy to drink. A really good Pilsner.

On tap at Tin Bucket. Pours golden with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is wheatgrass and floral. Thin body, wheat, corn, light crisp finish, very good.

On tap at FIVE in Edmonds, WA. Pours clear golden with white foam that sheets the glass with lace. Taste is lightly bitter, lightly sweet, with grassy, crackery flavors. Aroma is pretty faint, but it’s lightly lemony, grassy. Nice pils.

An excellent draught pilsner. Cut grass and lemon aroma. Crisp well balanced flavour between malt and hops. Lasting but clean finish.

Taylor Shellfish: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy and lemony. Super clean and crisp. Easy drinking and true to that grassy style.
