0.33 l bottle. Pours deep copper with no head. Nose is booze, smoke, and some grains. In taste the same notes appear with some additional fruits. Has medium body, soft carbo and a bit too obvious and outstanding alcohol presence. Not too bad.

bottle from pingo supermarket, alvor. hazy brown, small light brown head. aroma is wheat fruty, banana, malts, aroma is kind of like a wheat bock. flavor is banana, bitter fruits, wheat, spices. alc. is quite well hidden, but there is a cinnamon like cookie sort of bitterness and breadish fullness to it, that indicates a strong beer. overall somewhat messy, but fairly drinkable.

F: medium, tan, average retention. C: brown, hazy with yeasty debris. A: malty, yeasty, red fruits, caramel, dried fruits, bit spicy, bit vinous. T: malty, caramel, fruity, yeasty, alcohol is noticeable, herbal, dry on the palate, not bad but too simple with yeasty more prominent, not very easy drinking, medium to full body, medium carbonation, 33cl bottle from Supercor supermarket @ Rua de Aleixo da Mota in Porto.

Hazy brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are grain heavy and there’s a lot of natural sweetness. It’s tempered well with fruity, bitter hops. Full flavoured and well balanced.

Appearance: Dark brown, hint of red. Enormous amount of creamy tan head, threatening multiple times to overflow the glass.
Aroma: Malt, sweetness, some fruits.
Taste: Malt, crisp, fruits. Slight bittersweet. Not great.

TASTE: medium alcohol note, almost with a solventy character. medium-low isovaleric acid note from oxidation. medium caramel malt background. low yeasty flavor. medium bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. wheat flavor not detected.
