Tap at Lisbon Airport. 4,75€/0.4l not too bad for airport. Orange-amber colour and small off-white head. Overriped glueish banana in the nose. Medium-bodied. Crisp, banana, some esters. Tolerable.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is bubblegum, and malt. Taste is sweet, fruity, banana, interesting and hard to pinpoint. Not bad

Many thanks for this wheat beer to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pairing to my traditional Bigos on dinner time. No prosze jakie fajne zaskoczenie i bananowa ekstaza. Wyglad jest niesamowicie wielka piana, mnostwo smaku i posmaku bananow, troche za malo drozdzowe w porownaniu do bawarskich piw pszenicznych, ale mega bananowa swiezosc tu jest. Co do metnosci to tez jest spora. Nie sadzilem ze Portugalskie piwo bedzie az tak smaczne, liczne medale i nagrody wymienione na etykiecie na renomowanych festiwalach piwnych w pelni zasluzone.

14/4/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours clear bright golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, sweet malt, wheat, light banana and a touch of herbs and spices. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body with oily watery texture and bit above average carbonation. Fair.

Tap @ Time Out Market, Lisbon. Pours unclear auburn, large white head. Bright hefe esters on the nose. Taste presents a fairly decent hefe effort, soft banana not overripe, light vanilla, soft malt texture, a touch doughy. Yeah it's pretty good. I didn't think it would be.

Draft: Poured a lightly hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with light cloves and banana ester is very pleasant. Taste is a mix of wheat malt notes with some light cloves, some banana and bread ester and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed with great refreshing factor and no flaws if maybe a tad too sweet.
