A dark brown, top-fermented ale yeast, hopped and mixed with a special type of mild malt gives this richly coloured ale a unique, surprisingly smooth and mild taste. Contains distinctive chocolate and caramel notes. The draught version is a smooth and creamy version and is also available in cans, possible through an inbuilt widget technology that releases just the right amount of nitrogen to create the perfect surge and distinct smooth and creamy finish, which has previously only been available on draught in selected outlets across the island.

L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente.

Bottle from local convenience store in St Julians.
Appearance - clear amber with a decent beige head.
Nose - orange and red fruits with a light toffee note and a general breadiness.
Taste - sweet toffee going into caramel with some strawberry and orange.
Palate - medium bodied, very sweet.
Overall - needs a bit of malt roast or hop bitterness to make you want another, as it's just too sweet.

Nitro 440 ml can bought at Cork's, Paceville (Malta.) An amber pour with a soft and creamy gray-ish, very compact and long-lasting head. Aroma is rather low: honey, caramel, not much else. Soft, not very dry, contained, short-lived. Its texture is its greatest asset, owing to the nitro, but otherwise is not a really great ale.

From a can with Nitro: amber/golden pour with a lasting white head; Aromas of malt/bread, some herbs; tastes of herbs and malts - not too bad, but nothing memorable
