A smoked beer. There’s a light smokiness in the aroma. It comes through more in the flavour. The IPA elements of the beer are lacking somewhat.

Hazy amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Smooth softish palate with fine carbonation. Smooth airy malt, light creamy sweetness. Fairly strong smoke. Minor citric hop. Light finish. Bitter smoky linger. Too smoke dominated to be great.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, smoke, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, over ripe oranges, smoke, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing, off-white head. Citrusy nose with a slight tartness. Medium body, heavy carbonation, citrusy hops but also a lemony tartness indicating a slight, lactic infection. Ends tart and slightly bitter. I honestly don’t pick up much - if any - smoke. 300514

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours cloudy amber with an off white head. Aroma of burnt malts, smoke, caramel, rye and fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. A light peatiness in the palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes oranges Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch exotisch fruchtig, Rauchmalz. Geschmack zunächst sehr fruchtig, dann kommt der Rauchmalz zum Vorschein. Interessantes IPA.
