Keg at Partizan. It pours lightly hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, doughy, citrus peel, creamy, grainy and hay. The taste is bitter, doughy, wheat, citrus peel, mild sourness, green banana, touch of acidity and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice tart fruity edge to it. Refreshing.

Keg at CBC Covent Garden - London. Pours mostly clear, pale yellow with a vivacious, white froth head. Good nose with notes of lemon peel, some dough, faint yeast and straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with clean, lightly tangy lemon, white bread, mild herbs and hay. Light in body with lively, massaging carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with doughy white bread, light alcohol, faint bitter straw, subtle cardamon and lemon. Very nice, somewhat robust witbier.

Keg at the brewery, 31/05/14. Hazed orange with a big old off white covering that retains well. Nose is pithy orange, lemon rind, spices, grass, light bready notes. Taste comprises tarte citric rind, bitter orange, light grapefruit, sour dough bread, spice, tarte lemon notes, faint yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close peppered with tarte citric peel. Decent wit, pretty edgey and zingy, not a dull one!
