Batch #10, 6.5% ABV
Compared to the batch #9, it’s smoother, more lemony, more winey, lighter and more floral, even cleaner. Better than the #9

Batch #9, 6.5% ABV
Cloudy blond color. Dry beer, but smooth, with moderate Brett character, funk, some citrus peel, a bit too astringent, maybe dirty.

Light, hazy golden, rather white. Thin foam layer. Aroma is light, farm ale. Yeasty and with some small citrus. Taste is bitter’ish saison, soft at the same time. Nice and complex.

Ye gods this is a good beer! It’s a cloudy blond, blah, blah, blah. Malty goodness nose with soft sour grapes nose, yada, yada. But the taste! Great soft malt profile, with this gentle, smooth sourness that has a creamy (as in dairy) richness, that is just spectacular. Hints of vanilla, cream, sour grapes, lemon, and hay malts. Lovely zing to the after. This is a good beer. Labeled Batch 6th. Oct 10th. 2014

Bottle from the brewery -bottled May 26, 2014 - Batch 5. Very pale hazy gold with a one finger white head. Nose has lots of funky Brett with moderate wine and wood notes and a light fruitiness in the background. Light pear sweetness to start with a dry wine and cherry tartness in the middle. Light peppery splice in the finish. Medium light mouth with active carbonation. Nice and well balanced and the tartness is well controlled.

Hazy golden color, light white head. Very dry beautiful fruity nose with brett and oak. Very delicate. Excellent mouth feel, mildly tart, very lightly, but balanced with significant amount of hops with oak and a touch of vanilla. what is really amazing is how integrated the beer is. Flawless execution. Amazing depth. Every sip from start to finish is slightly different. Light oak funky brett finish. Excellent.
