Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours hazy red-amber with a small beige head. The nose is ripe banana, bread, phenolic, alcohol sting, candy and sweet fruits. The taste is bitter-sweet, toffee, jammy fruits, red berry, raisin, light spice, some alcohol, bready undertones and candy with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather drinkable and easy going, but perhaps lacks a bit of depth.

Camden brewbar, Keg. Hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is smooth and airy. Mildly sweet malt, whisper of candy fruits. Very mild spice. Equally mild bubblegum and banana esters. Finishes smooth and dry with a mild yeast linger. Pleasant enough but lacks something I canโt quite place.

Keg at Camden Town - London. Pours clear, russet-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Doughy, grainy bread on the nose with moderate yeasty phenol notes. Medium to big sweet flavor with prominent sugary, wholegrain bread, some dates, toffee, candi sugars. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Impressively little alcohol kick on the finish, just lots more sugary bread character, light Belgian yeast expression, more toffee, some ripe fruits. Very drinkable though certainly a bit one-dimensional.
