Castelain Grand Cru is the result of a passionate research conducted by Nicolas Castelain, Master Brewer. This tasting beer with a unique character conveys craftsmanship perpetuated for three generations.

A long aging period gives CASTELAIN Grand Cru a perfect balance between the subtle bitterness of Flanders hops MAGNUM and the aromatic elegance of TETTNANG and LUBLIN hops.

After the Brewing and the fermentation, the CASTELAIN Grand Cru is maintained for long weeks in our cellars at 0 ° C. This period called 'La Garde' allows it to refine naturally to ensure balance, finesse and exceptional flavor.

Édeskés, valami furcsa bórókás beütéssel, alkohol kiérződik belőle. nem kerek az egész.
