Sampled @ Gents Bierfestival 2014. 330 ml. bottle. Clear golden with basically no head. Nose is metallic, watery with some citrus hops & pineapple. Taste is watery, metallic, hay, flowers, touch grass, watery, citrus, light grass, metal finish. Quite low carbonation, I am all for lower ABV beers with flavour but this is to mild on taste & a bit too close to water for me.

Gents bierfestival Nr 5 . Pours clear blonde, no real head . smell is funky , grainy . Taste is bitter , fresh , malty, grainy . Really natural . -------------------- At the time of tasting, I had no clue about the low abv . I did not notice this while tasting . that deserves some respect !

Small white rim over clear golden-copper beer. Toasted, honey, intense malts - maltbomb. Honey, dry grain, graincookies. Finish is more bitter, hops coming through. Medium bodied, bit slick. Lightly burning MF. Not bad. An IPA for the maltheads.

Bottled from Biernavigatie, 3.9%, BB 03 2015, large sample, served in a tulip glass. Clear golden color, medium frothy white head. Aroma of grainy malt, hint of cookie and biscuit, slight spicy noble Saaz hop, bit citrussy and grassy as well. Quite bitter in taste, slight biscuity sweetness, slight grainy. Feels almost bottom-fermented. Soft carbonation, light bodied. Quite flavorful and easy to drink. It almost feels like an urtyp pilsener, be it with some citrussy hop notes. Its a bit thin, but I like it very much.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, small off-white head. Aroma has malts, grains and clearly hops. Tastes about the same: malts, hops, grainy. And a subtly and nice bitterness off course. Suitable carbonation, decent body. Still, imo that grainy flavor shouldn’t be there. At least it’s not really pleasant imo.

Tap @ Cafe Derat. Almost clear golden colur, fluffy white head. Nose is hoppy, citric, light malty, bitter and fruity. Flavour is light malty hoppy, and fairly bitter. Very well drinkable at less than 4%.

On tap at PRNH Meibockfestival. Hazy golden yellow colour, frothy white head. Aroma is very malty, hay, floral, nice hoppy, not unlike XX Bitter. Flavour is crisp, malty, dry, hay, citrus, grass, floral, firm bitter finish, dry ending. Light-bodied. One of the highlights of this festival for me.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a clear light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is light malt resin hop. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a big wood resin hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. An IPA with a hop bitter kick.

33cl bottle from Abcbeers. Thin creamy white head. Clear golden pour. Nice bitterness. Good for the new lower ABV.
