l’elevata gradazione alcolica!

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Lightly hazed orange amber with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is big on pine, earthy hops, orange pith, grapefruit, bread dough. Taste comprises chalky mineral vibes, light spice, bitter grapefruit, trace of booze, orange pith. Fullish bodied, fine carbonation, earthy hop bitterness in the close. Decent enough DIPA.

Very hazy amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is semi dry and mildly crisp. Light dry malts. Hops are a dry grassy spice with mild citric peel. Dry spicy finish. Drinkable but a tiny bit clunky.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Hazy orange amber lasting ivory head. Resiny hoppy floral hop aroma. Lovely aroma to be honest. Bit creamy. It’s decent in the mouth. I mean it’s got toffee and some almost green hop gun metal oil on the finish. It’s a lovely DIPA. As with a lot of Italian beers I’ve had in the last 2 years, they are just so really great with the flavours. Some lime. Lovely piney hops. It’s a good beer. Love it.
