Tap. Redwillow bar, Macclesfield. Murky bronze. Thin, off white head. Juicy, red and black berry. Ripe orange. Caramel malt. Taste is toffee sweet. Bitterness rises, getting pithy, and zesty. Chewy, oily palate. Finishes big bitter. Very tasty.

It is clear red brown. Nice fruity, malty sweetness. Light bodied, easy to drink.

[9/26/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Clear red-amber. Aroma of malt, hops and fruitiness. Sweetish malty flavor with some fruity/piney hops and a bitter finish.

Keg at Indyman Beer Festival; cloudy dark amber pour with a frothy light beige head, tangerine aroma, taste has sweet caramel with, orange and light pine.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Reddish amber with a good sized beige covering. Nose is caramel malt, earthy hops, spice, bitter red grapefruit, bitter orange. Taste is caramel malt forward, bitter orange, red grapefruit, earthy hop, light pine. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with semi dank hop bitterness. Decent enough DIPA.

Tap @ De Molen Beerfestival 2014. Pours ruby amber with a small white head. Caramel, peach and vague yeast. Dry and bitter finish.

Draft @ Borefts 2014. Body of malt, bit caramalised, with a slight metallic taste. Very bitter beer, with a dry aftertaste of hops. Nice, but a bite one-sided.

Borefts Beer Festival 2014. Hazy red amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, citrus hops, caramel and a touch of yeast. Sweet malty flavour with citrus hops, and a distinct note of orange pith, including a rather sharp bitterness.
