1 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Niels & Cynthia! 2018 Version. Hazy red, lasting, thin, pink head. Aroma of blueberries, redcurrant, yoghurt, wheat, red jam. Taste has sour blueberries on a wheaty-lemony base, sweetish strawberry & jam with bready maltiness. Very tart, fruity finish, soft woody & blueberry peel tannins. Medium body, slick, yoghurty-fluffy texture, fizzy carbonation. Excellent!
