On tap @ Borefts 2014. This is a crystal clear one this, it's deep golden in color and the head is tall, nice looking, lacing and white in color. Sweetish aroma. Not too much reminding me of a weiss, but perhaps it not supposed to be that at all? Grassy in a way with a nice malty sweetness. Hints of banana. Golden taste also in a way. It has a light oily texture in the mouth and it's about average on the small bubbled carbonation. Yeasty finish with hints of white pepper. Strange, but not bad. 26.09.2014

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 20 Sep 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of elderflower, hay, citrus and bread. Fruity, wheaty taste with elderflower, citrus, crisp malt and a certain citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and refreshing with a certain hop presence. Quite nice.
